Day 23: Poise

When standing all day good posture is important because it can cause permanent back damage and pains. Stand totally straight when washing hair and standing behind the chair make sure you adjust the height of the chair depending on the height of the patron in comparison to you.

Rules for Sitting Posture:

  2. Keep knees together
  3. Place the feet slightly further out than your knees
  4. Never push your feet under the chair
  5. Keep soles of feet on the floor
